Flexibility:
- £650 is your basic package price covering 5 hours of Light Touch tasks
- If you need more hours, you have the flexibility to include them up to a maximum of £750 per month
Our Standard package includes
- 10 - 11 hrs a month
- £1,300 - £1400 per month

- Weekly project oversight
- Systems review
- Selected execution
- Monthly team alignment
- Light project execution
- plus All Light Touch Tasks
Flexibility:
- £1300 is your basic package price covering 10 hours of Standard and/or Starter tasks
- If you need more complex tasks and/or more hours, you have the flexibility to include them up to a maximum of £1400 per month
Our Full Service Package includes
- 15 hours a month
- £1950 per month

- Hands-on execution of major projects
- Team coordination
- Ad hoc strategic advice

Flexibility:
- £1950 is your basic package price covering 15 hours of Full Service tasks
- If you need more complex tasks and/or more hours, you have the flexibility to include them at an hourly rate of £130 per hour

If I'm not happy with my MD support can I get a refund?
Please in get contact at any time if you're not satisfied with your MD support. We do our best to ensure all clients are happy and need to determine on a case-by-case basis the eligibility of refunds.
How does appointment scheduling work?
Your first walkthrough call is free. Subsequent calls come from your package hours. You'll find the link to book calls in your Member Area and also on your Trello Board.
How long does my package run?
Most clients stay with us for years, but you can cancel at any time during the month prior to the next months subscription being taken, upon completion of a 2 month trial.
What if I need extra hours?
Your package shows how many hours you can add each month. These additional hours are billed separately and we will crack on with them as soon as payment is received. If you're on the Full Service Package, you can add hours at a flat hourly rate, subject to availability.
What if I needed higher level tasks done?
If you need tasks doing that fall into a package that's higher than the one you've paid for, we can complete them for you but they will be deducted as two hours rather than one.
