Holiday Recipe Collection

A holiday collection of my favorite Dominican and Puerto Rican meals as well as my husband's favorite American holiday meals. Recipes for arroz con gandules, traditional corn bread stuffing, and empanadas to make a few!  Together these meals make up the what our children will remember as their holiday favorites! I hope some of these will become your family favorite as well. All the recipes are allergy friendly and plant based but can be changed to your liking for your family.
