🚀 HOW TO INSTALL & USE ON A NEW COMPUTER

Step 1 – Download the File

1. Complete your purchase on Payhip.
2. Download the School Management System PRO v2.01 file.
3. Save the downloaded .xlsm file to your computer.
4. Keep a backup copy of the original downloaded file.

Step 2 – Open in Microsoft Excel

1. Open Microsoft Excel Desktop.
2. Open the downloaded .xlsm workbook.
3. If Windows has blocked the downloaded file, right-click it and select Properties → Unblock, if available, after verifying the source.
4. Enable Macros only if you trust the workbook and its source.
5. Open the School Management Dashboard.

Note: The system requires Excel Desktop with VBA Macro Support. No separate school management application installation is required.

Step 3 – Configure School Settings

1. Open School Settings.
2. Enter School Name and Address.
3. Enter Contact Details.
4. Add School Logo and Signature.
5. Save the School Settings.

Step 4 – Configure Academic Management

1. Add Classes.
2. Create Sections.
3. Configure Class-wise Subjects.
4. Add Examination Types.
5. Configure Grade Rules.

🔄 HOW TO TRANSFER THE SYSTEM TO ANOTHER COMPUTER

If you purchase a new computer or want to move your existing school records, follow these steps:

1. Save all changes and close the Excel workbook on your old computer.
2. Copy the latest .xlsm workbook containing your school records.
3. Transfer the file using a USB drive or secure storage.
4. Copy any external photo or supporting folders used by your setup.
5. Open the workbook using Microsoft Excel Desktop on the new computer.
6. Verify Macro Settings for the trusted file.
7. Check School Settings, Student Records, Marksheets and Fee Payments.
8. Test Student Photos and PDF Export.

Important: Transfer your latest saved workbook, not only the original blank downloaded file.

If your workbook uses external file paths, these may need to be updated on the new computer.

• Save your work regularly.
• Do not delete or rename internal system worksheets.
• Do not modify VBA Code without technical knowledge.
