Set up automatic report emails for your clients.

For bookkeepers, IT providers and consultants: install Report Emailer for up to 10 businesses you serve, and they keep using it after your work is done. It emails an Excel or CSV report on a schedule from a Windows PC, with the data in a table, totals and the file attached.

WHAT IT DOES

• Nothing to install: runs on PowerShell, built into Windows 10 and 11. Excel isn't needed either.

• Reads .xlsx and .csv files, and always picks the newest export in a folder

• Sends through classic Outlook or Gmail and other SMTP email services

• Daily, weekday, weekly or monthly schedules that catch up after the PC was off

• Skips empty or out-of-date files, emails an alert, and keeps a log

• Preview before sending; one settings file per installation

GOOD TO KNOW

• Windows 10 or 11 only (no Mac)

• Sends a file that's already on the PC. It doesn't log into other software

• The PC needs to be on and signed in at the scheduled time
