• Settings: type your business name, email, sales tax rate, deposit % and payment terms once.
• Invoice tab: Qty x Rate line items, taxable Y/N per line, discount, sales tax, total, deposit requested, deposit and other payments received, and BALANCE DUE. All of it calculates. The due date fills in from your terms.
• Labor + Materials tab: labor hours x rate and materials at cost with an optional markup %, with tax only on the parts you choose.
• Invoice Log: one row per invoice. It shows total invoiced, collected, still open and overdue, and marks each invoice Paid, Open or Overdue by itself.
• Prints clean: no colored input boxes on the client copy.
