Brunch

A Brunch is a type of ice cream lolly sold in Ireland. It has wonderfully soft and fluffy pink and white ice cream in the middle with little coloured biscuit bits on the outside that fall off as you eat them. This hat is knit from the bottom up in the round. It contains both charted and written instructions.
