Around 23–24 weeks of pregnancy, your baby begins to hear more of the world around them, including the familiar rhythm and sound of your voice.
In the Light of Sunrise is a guided morning visualization created as a shared moment for you and your baby.
Time to breathe, connect and begin the day with presence before everything else starts asking for your attention. Because apparently mornings were not busy enough already.
The first part gently guides you through visualization, connection and affirmations. The second half gives you space to simply listen, rest, stretch or ease into your day while softly layered affirmations continue within the soundscape.
What you’ll hear:
- Heart-centered spoken guidance
- Harp music, birdsong and flowing water
- 528 Hz and 639 Hz tones woven softly into the soundscape
- Brown noise layered subtly in the background
- Affirmations around love, connection, trust and presence
- A quieter second half designed to let you stay with the experience without continuous spoken guidance

How to use
