DFY Hub Build — Your Complete Self-Paced Hub, Built For You Inside Your Own Teachable Account ($1,999) | Fast, Cheap & Confident

A complete self-paced hub built inside your own Teachable account — loaded, tracked, tested, and handed over with a written run-book.

About this service

$1,999 — one-time

This is the done-for-you route: a complete self-paced hub built inside your own Teachable account — your curriculum loaded and sequenced, milestone tracking configured, completion certificates set up, asynchronous community modules set up, one micro-assistant configured, the whole hub tested end-to-end by me personally, and handed over with a written run-book. You supply the content. I do the building. You build nothing.

What you receive — the delivery summary, plainly:

- A complete self-paced hub built inside your own Teachable account — one hub, one school, one curriculum path: your lessons loaded, sequenced, and titled per the mapping you approve at intake, with a Start Here lesson first in Track 1

- Tracking — platform progress tracking configured, plus the milestone tracker document set filled in with your milestones and linked at each level, with a certificate claim flow

- Certificates — completion-only certificates set up in your own name and your own system, in your branding. Certificates are completion-only: they record that a student completed the work, and nothing more. They never carry my name, my honesty line, or my ID scheme — you approve your own honesty line in writing before anything is set up. If you choose Teachable's native certificates instead, they are available only on the plan tiers that include them, are configured as-is, and the honesty-line limitation is explained to you in writing before you choose

- Asynchronous community — the prompt-module structure set up using the routes your account actually supports (course comments and/or a linked space you own), with your first 4 prompt modules loaded and moderation rules posted. This is asynchronous community only — see "no live anything" below

- One micro-assistant — configured from your supplied materials only: a fact sheet built from your documents, guardrails adapted to your never-handle list, and a handoff route to your support contact, delivered by the linked route. The assistant answers from your fact sheet and hands off what it should not handle; it is not a person and it does not give advice on your behalf

- My personal test pass — I personally run the full test before handover: test-student enrollment, a walk through Track 1 start to finish, track completion and the certificate path exactly as a student meets them, a community post as a student, and the assistant test battery, including every item on your never-handle list. Failures are fixed and re-tested, or disclosed to you in writing before handover — no silent known issues

- A written run-book — your operating manual: how your hub is structured, where everything lives, the weekly owner-check (assistant skim + moderation pass), how to add a lesson, how to run a certificate claim, and how to remove my access

Base scope, stated in full: 3 tracks / 60 lessons are included. Up to 3 tracks/levels and up to 60 lessons/lectures total are in the base price. Anything beyond those caps is overage, and overage is handled by written quote only — quoted in writing, agreed by you in writing, before any overage work is done. Nothing is billed by surprise.

You supply ALL the content. All lessons, videos, files, and text are yours, supplied by you in the formats listed in the intake. This service does not create curriculum: it does not write your course, record your lessons, or author your content. Light structural work from your own materials — sequencing, titling, definition-of-done lines — is in scope. Authorship is not. If your content is not finished, do not buy this yet — a build with nothing to load helps no one.

Your account, your plan, your card, your password — the account rules, in full:

The Teachable account, the plan, and the payment card are yours — the client's own, paid by you directly to Teachable. You create and pay for your own Teachable account; your subscription and any usage costs are yours. I am never the account owner and I never pay a platform bill. Access is by team invite only: you invite me as an admin/author user on your school. I never receive, ask for, or hold your password — if anyone claiming to be me ever asks for it, refuse and tell me. The AI/API key used for the micro-assistant is yours — the client's own key, on your own AI provider account; you enter the key yourself wherever the tool allows, or that step is done in a session you drive. Usage costs on that account are yours.

The rules, adopted and stated in the open:

- 1 build in flight at a time. A second client's clock does not start until the first handover completes. A waitlist is honest, and no queue-jump fee is offered.

- The clock is 15 business days from completed access + complete content — both, not either. Completed access means your team invite has been sent and accepted and my role is verified working. Complete content means the intake questionnaire is complete and your content is delivered. When both are complete, I confirm your start date and your handover date in writing. The clock does not start at purchase.

- The client-pause rule, in writing: the clock pauses when the build is waiting on you — missing content, unanswered mapping questions, plan-tier problems — and resumes when you deliver; every pause and resume is noted to you in writing the day it happens. A build paused 30 days by the client is closed as-is: a 30-day client pause = closure of the engagement, with the delivered-so-far state documented in writing. Restarting after a closure is a new engagement decision.

- Plan-tier reality: if your chosen plan cannot hold the scope, the build pauses at that conversation — before the clock runs — and you choose: upgrade (your cost) or trim the scope. I never absorb a platform fee.

- Your correction round: 1 correction round within 14 days of handover — fixes to what was built (wrong order, broken link, mistitled lesson, a gap in the assistant's guardrails). New scope is not a correction.

- Lateness = full refund. If handover has not happened by day 15 after the clock starts, you may take a full refund instead — your choice, if handover hasn't happened by day 15 after the clock starts. Client-caused pause time never counts against the deadline.

- Handover includes removing my access. At handover, you remove my user access from your school — the run-book includes the removal step, done together or confirmed in writing, with a date. The build is not complete on my side until that removal is done or dated.

Retention is OFF. Nothing from your account is retained or reused without your initialed written permission — and even with permission, what may be retained is structure only: an anonymized architecture note. Your content, branding, fact sheets, and prompts are never retained or reused, and I never have any of your student data. If you do not initial the permission line in the intake, nothing is kept. Either answer is fine and changes nothing about your build.

No live anything. No live training or launch presence is included — no live training sessions, no live launch events, and no live appearances by me in your community. This service builds a self-paced, asynchronous hub. That is the whole design.

What this is, plainly: a fixed-scope build, tested, on a defined clock — that is the only claim this service makes. No enrollment, completion, revenue, or results promises of any kind are made — not for your hub, your students, or your sales — because no build honestly can promise them.

The worked example, stated honestly: The worked example throughout is the hub system I designed for my own catalog in November 2026. Those hubs are built as designs and launch on the schedule in my store; no student has enrolled in one yet, and this system reports no results because there are none to report. You're buying the design method and the templates — the same ones on my own desk.

For this service, that design method is the method your build is executed with: Hub-in-a-Box (Project 104, $999) is the do-it-yourself design system; this service is me building it for you, in your account. There is no credit from Project 104 toward this service — NONE: the $1,000 difference between Hub-in-a-Box ($999) and this service ($1,999) buys labor and the test pass. If you would rather build it yourself, buy 104 and do not buy this.

The refusal rule, in the open: I decline, in writing and with the reason, any scope that crosses the claims fence — outcome-guarantee copy, a certificate worded as an accredited credential, an assistant designed to give medical or financial advice. If a conflict like that cannot be resolved, the engagement ends with a refund of the build fee.

What you receive at purchase is one downloadable file: the intake/welcome PDF, with what happens next and the full intake questionnaire. The service itself is delivered inside your own Teachable account, not as a download.

What you do NOT get: a Teachable account, plan, or subscription (yours, paid by you directly to Teachable); an AI account or API key (yours); curriculum creation of any kind; live training or launch presence; enrollment, completion, revenue, or results of any kind; certificates in my name or under my registry; ongoing admin inside your account after handover and the correction round; or a second build running alongside yours.

FAQ:

Q: What exactly is the first thing I download?

A: The intake/welcome PDF — what happens next, plus the full intake questionnaire (your account, your content, tracking/certificates/community, the assistant, and the initialed sign-offs). It is the only downloadable file for this service; the build itself happens inside your Teachable account.

Q: How much content does the $1,999 cover?

A: Base scope is up to 3 tracks/levels and up to 60 lessons/lectures total, loaded, sequenced, and titled. Anything beyond those caps is overage by written quote only — quoted and agreed in writing before any overage work.

Q: When does my 15 business days start?

A: When both halves are complete: my team-invite access to your school is accepted and verified, AND your intake is complete with your content fully delivered — both, not either, and not at purchase. When both land, I confirm your start date and your handover date in writing.

Q: Whose Teachable account, plan, and card does this use?

A: Yours — the client's own, in every part. You create and pay for your own Teachable account, on your own plan, with your own payment card, paid by you directly to Teachable. I am never the account owner. The AI/API key for the micro-assistant is also your own, on your own AI provider account, and its usage costs are yours.

Q: Do you need my password?

A: No — never. Access is by team invite only: you invite me as an admin/author user. I never receive, ask for, or hold your password, and the intake prints that rule again: if anyone claiming to be me asks for your password, refuse and tell me.

Q: I haven't written my course yet. Can you create the curriculum as part of the build?

A: No. You supply ALL content — lessons, videos/files, and text. This service builds the hub; it does not create curriculum, write your course, or record your lessons. Sequencing and titling from your own materials are in scope; authorship is not.

Q: What happens if I go quiet mid-build?

A: The clock pauses while the build waits on you, and every pause and resume is noted to you in writing the day it happens. A build paused 30 days by the client is closed as-is — 30 days paused = closure of the engagement — with the delivered-so-far state documented. Restarting is a new engagement decision.

Q: What if the build is late?

A: Then the refund rule applies: if handover hasn't happened by day 15 after the clock starts, you may take a full refund instead — your choice. Client-caused pause time never counts against the deadline.

Q: How many builds do you run at once?

A: One. 1 build in flight at a time, stated here so the clock stays honest. A second client's clock does not start until the first handover completes, and there is no fee to jump the queue.

Q: What does the correction round cover?

A: One correction round within 14 days of handover: fixes to what was built — wrong order, a broken link, a mistitled lesson, a guardrail gap. New scope is not a correction; new scope is a new quote.

Q: Are the certificates accredited credentials?

A: No. Certificates are completion-only — they record completion, nothing more — and they are set up in your own name and your own system, in your branding, with an honesty line you approve in writing. They never carry my name, my honesty line, or my ID scheme, and I do not issue certificates in my registry for your students.

Q: Do you appear live for my launch or in my community?

A: No. No live training or launch presence is included — no live sessions, no launch events, no live appearances. This service builds a self-paced, asynchronous hub, including asynchronous community modules only.

Q: Do you keep a copy of my hub or content after handover?

A: No. Retention is OFF: nothing from your account is retained or reused without your initialed written permission, and even then only the structure — an anonymized architecture note. Your content, branding, fact sheets, and prompts are never retained or reused.

Q: What happens to your access when we finish?

A: It is removed as part of handover. The run-book includes the removal step; you remove my access at handover, done together or confirmed in writing with a date. Ongoing admin inside your account is not this service.

Q: I already bought Hub-in-a-Box ($999). Do I get a credit toward this build?

A: No — the credit is NONE. The $1,000 difference between Hub-in-a-Box ($999) and this service ($1,999) buys labor and the test pass. If you would rather build it yourself, Hub-in-a-Box is the right purchase and this one is not.

Q: Will this get me students, completions, or sales?

A: Nothing here promises that. No enrollment, completion, revenue, or results promises of any kind are made. What is promised is specific and checkable: the build described above, on the stated clock, with a personal test pass and a written run-book — or, if it is late, your choice of a full refund.
