The Beginners Guide to Staying on Your Dragon: Fantasy Themed Workouts to Help You Stay on Your Dragon, Whether That Dragon be Magical or A Metaphor for Life is a 12 week exercise program that includes workouts to help you train to ride your dragon both mentally and physically.
Each workout comes with it's own story so you can envision yourself on the training fields with your fellow battle mages. When we add visualization to our workouts and embody our favorite heroes we start showing up with more courage and confidence in our day to day life as well.
So whether you are training to step into the pages of a book and claim your dragon, or training to stand up to your dragon of a boss, this program has just what you are looking for to level up your body and your mind.
This program includes:
- 3, 4, and 5 day workout splits to fit all fitness levels and weekly schedules
- 90 days of quest logs to track your workouts and progress
