[The thirtieth in a long line of conquerers, Chrysos, named for the empire he would rule, believes that men should either be well treated or crushed entirely, as they can avenge themselves of lesser injuries. This has lead to a few major choices in his ruling going to their most extreme-- burning down a city to prevent the spread of a disease, consistently preferring to destroy rather than to maintain.
He cuts off resources immediately when they rot, and though not swayed by things such as morality or 'goodness', his people as a whole are flourishing.
