Rosewood Cowl

A free pattern to give you an idea of my writing and design style!  This cowl could easily be worked in a variety of colours for different effects- grey, dark purple, and deep green for a more gothic look; pink, variegated, and light green for a fun look; soft brown, mahogany, and emerald for a sophisticated look- the possibilities are endless! he rosebuds work up quickly and it’s easy to churn them out once you get started.  The body is worked in aran-weight yarn, the roses in a DK, and the leaves in bulky yarn.  A download of the step-by-step photo tutorial for the rosebuds used in the cowl is also provided.
