Hey, Grover! addresses challenges children face daily in their communities and schools. Each chapter is designed to guide educators and parents as they help their children work through issues to support their mental health. Peer pressure is a dangerous emotional and mental challenge children face, and sometimes, they are not equipped with the tools to handle it. When children have the resources to deal with problems, they can combat depression, anxiety, and peer pressure.

Throughout this book, we will look at the world from the perspective of an eight-year-old boy named Grover. We will examine Grover's dilemmas and learn how to make positive decisions.
