Shoestring Shrines and Magic on the Go: Lessons from the Road!

It's often said that the greatest tool a witch has is themselves. And that's 100% true.

But it's also true that dedicated space and tools can help a magical practitioner to transition from a more mundane mindset to a magical one, and deepen their experience of ritual in the process. The same goes for deity representations too (if you do them), there can be something powerful in the act of giving your gods a 'seat' in your home.

And thankfully, we live in an era when it's not only a lot easier to obtain those tools and representations, but most of us probably won't get into trouble for having them.

But what if you don't have the money and space for grandiose shrines and altars? What if you don't have permanent shrine or altar space or need some way of working on the go? And most worryingly, what if your living situation is such that you could get into trouble for polytheistic practice and/or witchcraft?

Does that mean the offerings go unmade or the magic stops?

Of course not!
