The Honeyvine Collection is named after a wild-growing plant native to Kentucky, my home state. The climbing cables of this knit beanie are reminiscent of the resilient vine, which wends its way up fences and trees, and sometimes plays hosts to the larvae of the Monarch Butterfly.
Never knitted cables before? These cables are perfect for beginners! They are simple to make, and the pattern breaks everything down step by step. The pattern also includes links to helpful video tutorials for visual learners.
Why choose this pattern?
• clear and thorough directions
• easy-to-follow format
• tick boxes throughout the pattern to help you keep track of what row you're on
• cable direction reminders are listed right next to the instructions- no flipping between pages!
