The working document we built while taking our own extension through Chrome Web Store review and reading Google's policy pages line by line. Packaged so you can work through it yourself before you submit.

What it is not: not legal advice, and not a guarantee of approval — approval is Google decision. What it does is remove the ambiguity in the parts you control: permissions, declarations, policy and listing copy.
