I made this base eons ago, and I've retired the commissions I used to make on it, but tbh I think it's still really cute, and so I wanted to put it out there for people to use!
When you purchase, you'll get a PS and CSP files. This base does not come with transparent files, and it is not MSPaint friendly, so please be aware of that!
You can open the PS file in Sai, as far as I know!
The file also comes with layers to create a small steaming animation over the mug!
The shading, lines, and flats are all on separate layers so it can be edited & adjusted to your heart's content!

These bases are made to be used on Photoshop or Clip Studio Paint. To my knowledge, they should work fine in any other art program that uses layers, such as Painttool Sai, Procreate, etc.
I cannot provide you tech support if you are new/struggling to use a program, especially one I have never used!
There are 2 files included in your download. These files contain the layers that make up your base.
Below I’ve included a playlist full of program tutorials that may be useful, as well as specific links to using layers in the most common programs I listed above. This isn’t exhaustive, but I hope it helps!
