Each script in this collection builds differently. Different mechanisms, different arcs, different ways of making you wait — but they all share the same philosophy. Nothing arrives before it's earned. Everything that feels good feels better for having been withheld.
Taunt opens with a ceiling that won't budge. For thirty minutes it oscillates between a quarter depth, half depth, and three quarters, approaching full travel and pulling back, over and over. The body learns the pattern, starts anticipating the depth it keeps almost reaching. At thirty minutes it finally gives it to you, and by then the full stroke lands completely differently than it would have at the start.
SlowBurn takes four separate escalation mechanisms and delivers them one at a time. Position expands first. Then speed tightens. Then the gaps between stroke runs disappear. Then all three run simultaneously. Nothing competes. Each layer arrives when its ready.
Contrast is the slow burn interrupted. Eighty percent of the runtime is crawl-pace strokes, heavy, deliberate, the kind that force attention. The remaining twenty percent are upper-half fast bursts that arrive without warning and disappear just as fast. The slow sections make the fast ones hit harder. The fast ones make the slow sections feel like relief and tension at the same time.
Depth starts where most scripts would consider a warm-up and treats it as the entire first act. The ceiling sits at half travel and descends imperceptibly toward full length across fifty-five minutes. By the time it reaches full length the full stroke feels like something that was earned.
Crest is the mirror. The ceiling starts at the top of the short zone and rises simultaneously with the speed tightening. Both axes climbing together, neither faster than the other, until full travel and maximum speed arrive at the same moment.
