4 Pictures One Word is a game that was designed to use for independent or assisted living residents in a retirement community. It is designed for low vision residents with large font and simple formatting per page.

This game can be played a few ways depending on your audience.

1.) Large audience: show the presentation on a screen, split the audience into sections and allow them to call out their guesses to the particular slide. This is a good way to start out if you have not played this before

2.) Medium audience: split the audience into groups and ask or assign a spokesperson. It will be that person's job to write the answer down on the answer sheet that you provide that the group agrees upon. The spokesperson will then share the answers on behalf of the group when asked for their answer.

3) Small group: they would play on their own by recording their answers on the answer sheet provided for all of the questions. To share the correct answers, you can ask them to swap their answer sheets with someone else or allow them to review their own answers.

There are 24 questions in this edition of the game. Clues and answers can be found by hovering your mouse over the bottom left-hand corner of each slide, by the page number. There you will see three dots. Click on the dots and you will see the options menu. Select speakers notes.

It took me approx. 40 minutes from the introduction of the game to reviewing the answers.
