Bleed after midnight
Bleed after midnight is for those who thoughts go dark in the midnight hour, under the shade of darkness and despair. Those looking for someone to sit with them in the pain. To listen, to be a shoulder to cry on. And shine Gods light in the darkness, not to cover up their wounds but to heal them slowly over time, allowing them to be, express and exist and be accepted exactly where they are.
CONTENT WARNING!!!
Please be aware many poems here deal with self harm or suicide themes. Make sure you are safe when reading. Read the scriptures paired with each and sit with the encouraging scriptures. These were written to be raw, real, open and honest take of that internal struggle with darkness and as such the words in them reflect that.

HOW TO READ:
read the poems slowly and pause and come back if needed. I wrote these to not only express what I was going through but sharing them to let you know you are not alone. To sit with you in the pain.
Read the scriptures and sit with them awhile. Not to hide what you feel, but to feel Gods love and comfort after naming the wound.
