Craft fairs are brilliant for sales, but it's easy to come home with a full cash tin and no idea whether the day actually paid. This planner keeps every fair in one place, from booking to the post-event review.

List the events you're considering with pitch fees and mileage, then see them on a month-view calendar. Before the day, tick off a ready-made stall kit checklist and plan your stock to bring by scent and product. On the day, log your float and each cash or card sale. Short of time? One line per event for total cash and one for total card works fine.

Afterwards, the Profit tab shows what you really made after the pitch fee, travel and card reader fees, and again after stock costs. A quick review helps you decide whether to book again next year.

Card reader presets for SumUp, PayPal POS (Zettle) and Square are included, along with the HMRC mileage rate. Yellow cells are yours to fill in; grey cells do the maths. Example data shows you how it works.
