A Body, A Life | Printable Body Neutrality Cards

A Body, A Life makes room for body neutrality through 60 reminders and specific, optional prompts about appearance pressure, practical comfort, body commentary and ordinary participation. You do not have to praise your body, feel grateful for every function, or turn care into another improvement project.

A Body, A Life

60 English cards across six themes: An Ordinary Body; Care Without Conditions; Less Body Commentary; Function Without Pressure; Attention Elsewhere; Living in This Body.

Situations explored:

- Weight or diet talk you would rather decline

- Clothing, seating or access that needs to fit you

- Returning attention to an ordinary interest

Each card combines a short reminder with a specific optional question, reflection cue or adaptable phrase. Choose what is relevant; there is no required order, daily streak, or requirement to write or share an answer. You may adapt, skip or stop at any point.
