MCMI-IV Autoscoring Template - American/English norms
A quick way to score the MCMI-IV (Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory - Fourth Edition) using American English-speaking norms. All you have to do is enter patient responses (0=false, 1=true) in the yellow cells and the easy to use Microsoft Excel form will automatically fill in the summed raw scores, percentiles, adjusted base rate scores, show noteworthy responses and create four graphs describing the test results. Included is one spreadsheet with two tabs (one tab for patient responses and score calculations and one tab for graphs). Includes Personality Pattern Scales, Clinical Syndromes Scales, Validity Scales, Grossman Facet Scales, and Noteworthy Responses. The template should only be used by mental health and medical professionals with at least some experience scoring the MCMI-IV.
