Karakaba KKB001 + KKB002 23andme format
The Karakaba samples featured in this video are two late Iron Age human remains unearthed in the Altai region of eastern Kazakhstan, close to the modern-day border with China and Mongolia.
The academics seem to agree that the Karakaba samples were a part of the broader turkic world.
According to a qp-Admixture run I did myself, they descend mainly from the Sakas, with a significant Xiongnu influence.
Going a bit further back, the Karakaba ancestry can be split into southern Andronovo and Slab grave cultures. Keep in mind that Kashkarchi Bronze Age is not identical to Sintashta, but is rather Sintashta mixed with indigenous central asian.
Going even further back, half of karakaba ancestry is east eurasian, while the other half is eastern hunter gatherer, Bactria margiana archeological complex, caucasus hunter gatherer, anatolian neolithic farmer, and western hunter gatherer.
