_ASSET TOS_

1. Do not replicate & resell as your own product.
2. Retextures are allowed to be sold only with my consent, please open a ticket in my server if you’d like to make textures!
3. No edits allowed that makes my assets unrecognizable.
4. Do not claim product as yours, even if edited.
5. Do not share/leak under any circumstances.
6. NO refunds after purchasing from my store! If you have any problems, join my discord and make a ticket!
7. All assets are allowed on any kind of avatars! (Personal, Public, Commercial)
8. You cannot add my asset with another one and sell it as your own. (Ex; adding a belt or shirt to another skirt and selling it as your own asset).
9. This is for Personal use and Commercial use.
10. Must have basic knowledge of unity or blender, I also have a served with help available.
11. Do not gatekeep the avatar/asset, if used for content.
12. If my product is used in your work, you must credit me properly with my discord and Payhip link! Discord - ._m3l0dyy_.
13. Retextures are allowed, but do not remove my logo from them!
14. All assets must be used on FINISHED avatars ONLY.
15. Edits of my assets (ex; taking a skirt from my dress and using it on your avatar) IS allowed for model use but not for resale use. Only use crops of my assets for avatars.
16. If you do not put in your information correctly you will have your access revoked and email banned, along with an email to you informing you of the right removal. To regain access, join the server and open a ticket with Proof of Purchase.
17. Commercial use can be used by Vtubers & Streamers, do not claim my design as your official artwork. Please credit or open a ticket for permission to use in your official artwork.
18. I am not responsible if a VRChat update breaks the avatar/asset but I will do everything to fix it.
19. Any Attempt to leak, rip or post of ripper site will result in a DMCA
20. My work is not made for anything outside of VRChat, but is allowed for other programs (vtubing, streaming, etc.) with proper credit to me.
