Year 10 Health Unit 1: Relationships and Social Situations (15 lessons, school licence)

Fifteen ready-to-teach Health lessons for Year 10, aligned to the final New Zealand Health and PE curriculum (Phase 4, published 15 September 2026).

Reading social situations, emotional regulation, inclusion and exclusion, hidden power in groups, discrimination, assertive communication, bullying and safe action, and creating inclusive communities. Lessons 1 to 5 build the ideas, 6 to 10 explore them, 11 to 15 apply them, and Lesson 15 is a class action lesson. Every lesson carries one te ao Māori anchor and a hauora focus.
