Want to spend less of your free time scrolling and binge-watching it away, and more of it actually participating in your own life?

The Anti-Rot Dash is the Notion dashboard I'm using to help me unrot my own life by making it easier to choose the things that leave me feeling more present, curious and joyful when scrolling would usually be the easiest option.

It's perfect if you...

keep losing your evenings and weekends to scrolling, binge-watching and rotting...then wonder where all your free time went
have plenty of things you'd like to do, read, make or explore, but can never actually think of them when you're tired and reaching for your phone
want to be more intentional with your free time without turning it into another self-improvement project
