BUFFBEATS NON-EXCLUSIVE BEAT LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Non-Exclusive License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between BUFFBEATS ("Producer") and the purchaser ("Licensee").

By purchasing and/or downloading the instrumental, the Licensee agrees to the following terms:

1. GRANT OF RIGHTS

Producer hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the instrumental ("Beat") for the creation of one (1) new song ("Master Recording").

Licensee may:

• Record vocals over the Beat
• Distribute the Master Recording on digital platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
• Perform the song live
• Upload to streaming platforms and social media

2. OWNERSHIP

• Producer retains 100% ownership of the Beat (composition & master instrumental)
• Licensee owns the new vocal recording only (final song)
• This license is non-exclusive — the Beat may be sold to other artists

3. CREDIT REQUIREMENT

Licensee agrees to give proper credit in all distributions:

“Produced by BUFFBEATS”

This credit must be included in:

• Song title (where applicable)
• Streaming platforms
• YouTube descriptions
• Metadata

4. DISTRIBUTION LIMITS

This license allows:

• Up to 100,000 streams
• Up to 5,000 downloads/sales

If these limits are exceeded, Licensee must purchase an upgraded license or exclusive rights.

5. MONETIZATION

Licensee may:

• Monetize on streaming platforms
• Monetize YouTube (Content ID may be claimed by Producer unless cleared)

6. RESTRICTIONS

Licensee may NOT:

• Resell, lease, or sublicense the Beat
• Claim ownership of the Beat
• Use the Beat in TV, film, or major commercial placements without additional licensing
• Register the Beat in Content ID systems (unless authorized)

7. EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS

Producer reserves the right to:

• Sell the Beat exclusively at any time
• Continue licensing non-exclusively until exclusive rights are sold

8. REFUNDS

All sales are final and non-refundable

9. TERM

This Agreement is effective immediately upon purchase and is perpetual, unless terms are violated.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

11. ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing and/or using the Beat, Licensee agrees to all terms listed above.
