Conscience of the Creator

Consciousness sharing has been a basic and recurring theme in the VUEL series of stories. Telepathy has been clinically demonstrated on Earth. The concept of conscience is discussed (debated?) by scientists and philosophers. A recent article presented in Scientific American: Is consciousness part of the fabric of the universe? Discusses a theory of consciousness called Panpsychism, which “proposes that consciousness is a fundamental aspect of reality, like mass or electrical charge”. My task in the stories of VUEL has not been to prove a theory but to describe the capabilities that consciousness can imbue to Humankind. I began to transcribe and organize the stories in the Vuel anthology in 2016. There are now 115 stories sent by the Vuelans to Earth that I have transcribed and published. During this time I have become more sure that these stories are sent telepathically from a planet across our galaxy. I describe the name of this planet as Vul. This is an approximation of the sound in my consciousness that is the name of the planet. I have also been receiving data that is associated with this process. The process is described by the character that I credit to be the author of these stories. His name is Kregt Cadizan. The transmitting device used by Kregt was first described in Vuel Gang Fighters as a neuron communicator. This device receives data carried on the frequency used by the neurotransmitters in the human brain that send data throughout the brain and body. Neurons are electrical devices. The channels residing in the cell membrane allow positive or negative ions to flow and this ion motion is sensed by the neuron communicator which then amplifies the data signals, allowing the signals to be transmitted across a planet or across the galaxy. The Resjed civilization developed this technology to facilitate communication with their spacecraft that were traveling to distant spokes of the galaxy. They broadcast this signal along the magnetic waves that occur in interstellar space, and are amplified near planets that have strong magnetic wave systems. Magnetic wave systems also occur where there are no planets at all. The communication signals use the same path through the interstellar regions of the galaxy that is created for travel by the Resjed long distance voyagers. These paths, or tunnels, are formed with the possible assistance from the principle of quantum entanglement, along magnetic waves that occur in the interstellar regions of the galaxy. These interstellar tunnels may be the manner in which the long distance vehicles are able to travel between solar systems in our galaxy. In the discussions between the Earth Humans and the Resjed beings, interstellar travel has been described. No travel beyond our galaxy has ever been discussed. One of the prominent elements of vuel is the ability of the vuelessa, vuelas who are trained at the Domesticate in Pleasance, to read the consciousness of a vuelan. This ability is limited by many factors which are described by the vuelessas in their stories.

Serious discussion of consciousness began with Descartes in the seventeenth Earth century and consciousness is well described by modern theorists. Earth humans understand consciousness to be the element that separates intelligent beings from plants, insects and machines. While a computer program is able to mimic intelligence, it is not consciousness. Artificial intelligence is not consciousness. Consciousness, according to the Resjed civilization, is imbued exclusively by the Creator. Vul and Govul have been described several times as twin planets that revolve around each other as they revolve around Sola in the Vulfunae solar system. Govul is perceived as a large moon by the Humans that see it for the first time. This is the usual Human perception that everything in the galaxy revolves around us. Soon, that perception is altered to reality. Govul is not inhabitable and contains extensive deposits of an opposing magnetic matter which, along with gravity, holds the two planets together in their orbit. The planetary balance of Vul and Govul is aided by a third planet. The stories sent from Vul are available to anyone on Earth. I speculate that I may be receiving them more clearly because I live in a geography containing a high concentration of quartz crystal, which may enhance the signals. The Rocky mountains may act as a wave dish. I am not a scientist so I do not offer detail about the intricate theories I describe in general terms. Describing fantastic occurrences in general terms is one of the reasons given for the transmission of these stories to Earth. These stories also describe life, or vuel, on the distant planet of Vul.

This forward is elucidating technical data that has been received along with the stories of vuel, but do not be concerned that the stories will be bogged down with such data. The advanced technology that is beginning to drive vuel will remain secondary to the lust and amor that invigorates the vuelans. In the first book of stories, Perception is Everything, Aeia and Ua Exerva were concerned that some of the vuelessas that graduated from the Domesticate in Pleasance at the same time they did became lost in vuel. Aeia, herself, was almost poisoned and left for dead when she arrived in Centium from the Domesticate. In the book, Vuelessa of Centium, Wazja, the instructor at the Domesticate in Pleasance, and her assistant, Viya told the newly arrived Loee that she was one of twenty two vuelas that were supposed to have been brought to the domesticate and she was the only one that had made her way there.
