Growing up brings new questions, bigger feelings and changing friendships. Pause & Explore gives children ages 9–12 space to pause, reflect and practice healthy ways to respond.
Through relatable characters, story-based videos and guided questions, children explore:
• Puberty, growth and understanding themselves
• Changing brains and school expectations
• Planning, organization and managing responsibilities
• Mood swings, strong emotions and thoughtful responses
• Worry, overthinking and coping skills
• Healthy boundaries and respectful communication
• Friendship changes, cliques and bullying
Pause-and-discuss moments invite children to consider their choices, explore possible responses and understand why a choice may be helpful.
Designed for families, schools, homeschool groups, churches and youth-serving organizations, Pause & Explore supports meaningful conversations with trusted adults.
Pause & Explore is offered through Red Academy, the educational arm of Red Sea Project, supporting its mission to build healthy families and healthy communities through education, awareness and prevention programs.
