• Do not upload any avatars purchased from my shop publicly, edited or otherwise
• Do not give avatar files to friends to upload/edit/etc without my PERMISSION first
• Do not upload the contents of any avatars to any other account other than the one given at purchase
• You are allowed to use any of my avatars for content (youtube, tiktok, twitch, fansly etc) WITH CREDIT ONLY
• Do not resell the contents of any avatar packages
• Do not take parts off of my avatars and reuse them on other avatars (asset mining), personally or commercially, without my PERMISSION first; you may also be asked to purchase a license of said asset
• You are welcome to do any/all edits to my avatars, please do! If you find yourself only using the base/head of a model PLEASE ASK FIRST; this would be considered a new model and falls under asset mining listed above

CAN:

• Use on Commercial, Personal, Public, Free Avatars
• Use on Completed avatars
• Use in VRChat Only
• You MUST credit Beanpot with a link to Beanpot’s Payhip Store

CAN NOT:

• Use in any religious or political use
• Use in any form of AI, Blockchain or NFT training, or anything related to AI, Blockchain or NFTs.
• Share, sell, price split, trade, rip, replicate or redistribute Beanpot's products
• Claim Beanpot assets as your own.
• Re-upload onto other websites. If the package is not received directly from Beanpot, then the use of it is forbidden.
• Use Beanpot's product if you gifted it to someone else. Usage rights lie with the person you gifted the product to.
