This post is about how my work is slowly shifting - leading me down a slightly different path. It's a path I've quietly walked for a long time, keeping it mostly personal. But now, I feel ready to shine a big, beautiful light on it ... and share it with you. I hope it resonates - maybe you're a kindred spirit.
I've always been drawn to the magical and the mystical. I love nature, astrology, oracle cards, crystals, meditation - the list goes on (I'm sure you can already see where this is heading πβ¨). So, you'll start to see my creative work gently evolving to reflect this direction. I hope you'll come with me on this journey of discovery.
Geo Friends are the first physical manifestation of this new path I'm following.
They represent the elements Earth, Sea, Sky and a touch of the Mystical (for now!), but I hope to expand the range over time.
They're not just pebbles to pop in your pocket - each Geo Friend holds a vibe, a feeling, a quiet kind of energy you might need in your life. Something to support you or gently nudge you, or remind you of what you're capable of.
You might keep one on your altar, beside your tarot cards or tucked into a manifestation journal - anywhere you feel you need a helpful companion.
Two of my personal favourites are Wisp and Gale. Wisp is all about calming those racing thoughts and easing night-time worries ( I really need Wisp βΊοΈ).
Gale on the other hand is wild and restless - she's the one who helps you take that leap of faith, the one who says, "you've got this...and I'm right here with you."
Because with a Geo Friend, you're never really alone.
Next in the works are dot art stones. I've already made a few but I definitely need more practice - a steady hand is key for this kind of precise work. Still, I find it incredibly calming and meditative, so I'm looking forward to seeing how they evolve.
My digital downloads are still available, but I'll begin tailoring them more to this new brand and direction - slowly creating a more cohesive, magical collection and gently letting go of the pieces that no longer fit.
I already have blank greeting cards with a mystical and magical theme, and they'll be up on payhip soon. I'm also working on Affirmation cards - and one day I'd like to create a full oracle deck. That's still off in the future for now, although I already have some beautiful images that would be perfect.
There's just so much I want to do...my head is buzzing with possibilities (I'll definitely need Wisp tonight πͺπ€)
So, my friends - if you're someone who feels the quiet pull of moonlight, ancient trees and the shimmer of crystals, you're my kind of person π©·.
If you have suggestions for images you'd love to see, or a new Geo Friend you think might be helpful to others, feel free to leave your ideas in the comments. I'd absolutely love to hear from you.
Bye for now π lots of love Lisa πͺπ©·
