I am allowed to cancel the order if the rules stated here are not being followed.

By commissioning me, you agree to the following rules :

I. GENERAL RULES



1. I will cancel the order if you try to make me draw gore, mecha, armor etc. I will also cancel it if you try to get a NSFW illustration through SFW prices.

2. I will blacklist you if you are rude, racist, violent, or if you make me lose my time.

3. I am from Europe : please acknowledge that when working with me. It might not be the same time in my day as it is for you.

4. Do not feed my art to ai.

II. PAYMENT

1. Payment via Paypal only. I do not have access to Stripe etc.

2. Payment will be in full before you receive your piece. If you try to delay the payment or try to convince me that you will pay later, you will not receive your piece.

3. Once the piece is finished, you will not be able to cancel your order.

4. I will refund your piece if you have a personal problem on your end. I reserve the right to keep a percentage of the price depending on how far I am with the piece. If that, I will explain to you how and why.

III. PROCESS

1. Please provide good references of your character and the pose you want. Be clear, it will make the process easier for the both of us.

2. You will be able to get two WIPS while in the sketching process to be able to modify the pose, outfit and composition. When I get to lineart I will not make major changes anymore.

3. You will get 3 more WIPS when rendering. With that, you will be able to change colors and tweak the rendering a bit.

4. Any changes after rendering that makes me redraw parts of the illustration will cost extra.

5. Please provide clear references for background if you choose a complex one.

6. To prevent additional time and fees, please be sure of what you want ahead.

IV. COPYRIGHTS

1. My art will be fully watermarked until you have paid me.

2. I will not watermark any final piece that is NSFW or copyrighted. If you don’t want my credit on your piece, tell me.

3. As the artist, I will still hold rights onto my art afterwise. Do not claim you’ve drawn it yourself. You are allowed to use it as yours for print, streaming or merch.

4. If you try to remove my watermark or fail to credit me in a way, you will lose rights to use the drawing.
