General (those rules apply to EVERY product and license.)

• No refunds!
• All my assets require basic knowledge of Blender and Unity!
• Don't use my products for anything that contains hate, racism, sexism, bullying etc.
• Let your customers know that they're not allowed to take this asset from your model, they must get it from my shop
• Do not resell my assets in any way. This includes edited or modified.
• Don't send the file to others, instead send them a link to this page. they must get it themselves
• If you use my assets for tutorials, streaming or social media posts, please credit me
• Do not redistribute, leak or trade my assets in any way. This includes any 3rd party sites, forums, sharing websites, leaker sites, discord servers, sharing with friends etc.
• The only way to obtain my assets is through my payhip, Gumroad or my Discord Anywhere else is stolen content.
• You cannot use my assets taken from another creator's model, you must buy it from my store to use it in any way.
• Do not price-split my assets with anyone. Sharing them with anyone else is prohibited. Friends, partners, family's etc. Do not share them. (if it is a partner asset you may share it with ONE person)
• Your license to use the asset is only valid if you provide the correct information at checkout. Otherwise I have no proof of purchase and will issue a DMCA. You may also be blacklisted for breaking TOS.
• To purchase assets for someone else, please use the gift function.

• Youre not allowed to resell the asset as it is!
• You MUST credit me!

commercial license

• You are allowed to use the model for commercial purposes.
• You are allowed to use the model on public avatars!
• You are allowed to use the model on private avatars!
• You are allowed to use the model on free or booster models!
• You are not allowed to edit the mesh or texture of the asset! (but you may adjust the asset to fit your avatar!)
• You are not allowed to claim this as your own creation!
• You are not allowed to resell the asset as it is!
• You MUST credit me!

Commissions

• No refunds.
• If you change your mind after the first payment, it is still non refundable and your asset may still be made with some changes and put on my store.
• If chargebacks are made, you forfeit all rights on the commission and I will put your asset on my store.
• I will not recreate other's work.
• You may NOT share the model with anyone, it is yours only.
• All commissions have a revision period that allows you to find issues that I will fix for you.
• I am not responsible for lost files. You are expected to back up your own file.
• You are allowed to use the model for commercial purposes.
• You are allowed to use the model on public avatars!
• You are allowed to use the model on private avatars!
• You are allowed to use the model on free or booster models!
• You are allowed to edit the mesh or texture of the asset!
• You are not allowed to claim this as your own creation!
