All of our creations are handmade with care, passion, and love. Each piece has its own character and may be unique.

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in size, shape, color, or appearance may occur compared with the photographs displayed on the website. These variations are a natural part of handmade craftsmanship and do not constitute a defect.

3. Prices & Payment

All product prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise stated, and do not include any applicable shipping fees.

Payments are processed securely through Payhip and the payment providers available on the platform.

Orders are prepared and shipped once payment has been successfully confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 5 to 9 business days.

Delivery times depend on the postal service or shipping carrier selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or postal service.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with applicable Canadian and Ontario consumer protection laws and the terms applicable to the purchase.

If a return is accepted, products must be returned in their original condition, unused, clean, and with all original packaging where applicable.
