All your orders are shipped from France. I currently ship everywhere except to: Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovekia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States.

I had to suspend shipping to many EU countries because of EU packaging laws that require individual licenses in each country and make shipping too expensive and complicated for a small business. In the case of the UK, I had to stop because of Brexit, and for the US, because of tariffs.

Shipping Prices

Shipping prices are based on the weight of your order and your location. They are calculated at checkout. Flat orders are shipped with La Poste as Lettre Verte and are fully tracked. Parcels are shipped with La Poste (Colissimo) or Mondial Relay (France & Belgium only). You can pick between the two at checkout.

If you are based in France or Belgium and pick Mondial Relay at checkout, an email will be sent to you once your order is ready, inviting you to choose your pick-up point/locker. Please make sure to fill it when you receive it. :)

Delivery Time

Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 5 working days. Once shipped, your order should take between 2 to 5 days to arrive, however I cannot be held responsible for shipping delays once the package leaves my hands.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. I cannot be held responsible for delayed or undelivered orders when an incorrect delivery address has been provided.

Import Taxes

For international orders, you may be charged local import duties, taxes, customs/tariff charges or handling fees on the arrival of your order. This is out of my control. You are responsible for paying any fees that are due once your order reaches you. There also might be delays due to customs clearance. Any orders returned due to refusal to pay import taxes or duties on arrival will not be refunded original shipping and return costs.

Packaging

All orders are shipped plastic-free, with paper and cardboard.
