I didn’t set out to become a guide or teacher. I simply followed the thread of my own healing.



What began as a personal unraveling - through heartbreak, illness, and spiritual longing - became a deep return to God and to myself. Over the past 13+ years, I’ve taught across cultures, coached souls through their learning and awakenings, and walked through seven intense years of mind-body-spirit therapies. Somatic shadow work, inner child integration and devotion have shaped me - not just as a practitioner, but as a human being now walking in radical honesty of the heart.

The path hasn’t been easy, but it’s been sacred. From surviving an overdose, multiple chronic illnesses, to breaking free from addictions and relational codependency, I’ve lived through many fires and came out restored by Grace; renewed by impenetrable faith. Every descent became a doorway, every loss, a lesson, and I am grateful for the suffering I have been through because it was there where I found true guidance, wisdom, and a love for The Divine that is hard to attain ordinarily.

2018 saw my true Spiritual Awakening, and since then I’ve been walking in deeper devotion to God, truth, and to the beauty that unfolds when we let our hearts lead, no matter how heavy the first steps are; I've learnt that these are the first steps to our own becoming.

What I share and carry comes not from textbooks or theories but from lived experience; personal gnosis; the quiet wisdom that emerges through surrender, and the loving, light-vibration that only arises once you've come out the other side of your own undoing.

For those who prefer formal safety, I hold internationally accredited diplomas in Nutrition (2019) and EFT (on-going), alongside certifications in Happiness Life Coaching (2018) and Ayurvedic Self-Care (2018). I’m also DBS checked and UK Safeguarding trained - committed to offering safe, ethical, and heart-centered presence in all that I do.

My story is one of unlearning, devotion, wisdom and remembrance. I carry it with reverence, and I honour the mystery that continues to unfold.

Assisting the collective awakening, empowering individuals from pain to purpose, fragmentation to wholeness, all in the name of The Most High, faith, truth and light, is what I am here to do.
