Before proceeding with your purchase, I kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following terms of sale:

• Purchasers must be 18 years of age or older due to the nature of the content, which is NSFW (Not Safe For Work)
• Basic knowledge with Unity is required prior to making a purchase.
• Purchased packages are strictly for personal use and should not be uploaded or shared publicly.
• Sharing purchased packages with third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Please note that refunds are not available for digital products.
• Customers are permitted to make edits to the avatars as needed.
• You may not take any assets off of this model. All assets must be acquired directly from the original asset creator, as credited on this page.

Quest Compatibility:

• The majority of my avatars are Quest compatible. Please read the full description of each avatar before making a purchase.

Avatar Uploads:

• I provide uploads exclusively for paid avatars. I do not offer them for free avatars. However, for free avatars you may receive uploads provided both parties possess the package. Please join my server and open an upload ticket to receive an upload.

Commissions:

• At present, I do not offer commissions. I hope I am able to in the future.

DPS/SPS:

• Avatars do not include and will not include this.

Age Restrictions:

• Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to purchase NSFW avatars. Violation of this policy will result in a breach of our Terms of Service, leading to a ban from the store and server.

Avatar Sharing:

• Sharing an avatar package is against Terms of Service. Legitimate uploads can only be obtained from my server.

Unity Errors:

• If encountering issues during avatar upload, I recommend starting with detaching the blueprint ID (I typically do this beforehand)
• Ensure you are using the correct Unity version VCC as specified in the provided instructions (currently Unity 2022.3.6f1).
• Experiencing pink textures? Import Poiyomi before importing the avatar package. Follow the steps: Create your project -> Open it -> Import Poi -> Import avatar package. For further assistance, please create a ticket within the server.

Purchasing Unavailable Avatars:

• Should an avatar be listed as out of stock but still available on the store, you may create a ticket if interested in purchasing. However, please read the disclaimer
• These models are outdated.
• They have not been tested on the new Unity.
• They may not meet the quality standards of my current work.
• Support is not provided for these models.
• Purchases are made at your own risk.
