For Avatars:

• All our avatars are only for personal use.
• Costumers may not buy this model for its parts/scratch items. Costumers must buy from the original creator.
• Costumers are not allowed to resell the model.
• Costumers are not allowed to edit and then resell said avatar.
• Do NOT credit any of our work as your work.
• Can be used outside of VRChat if the files are not accessible.
• Giving away uploads is prohibited.
• Sharing any contents in this package without permission is considered leaking.
• Proper information is required at checkout (VRChat Name and Discord#XXXX) for your licenses to be valid.
• Customers must credit me if using our avatar on a streaming platform, CatBatLab and the link to our shop.
• You are not allowed to copy our avatars.
• You are not allowed to make a model that coincides with the design of our work for commercial use. (i.e making a matching avatar with "Nutmeg")
• TOS applies to all current and future content.
• TOS is subject to change and will still apply to all our avatars regardless of when they were purchased.
• DUE TO THE DIGITAL NATURE OF PRODUCTS ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS.

For Assets:

• All our assets are allowed to be used on commercial and personal use models unless otherwise stated.
• All our assets are allowed to be used for streaming and video content if credited.
• Costumers are not allowed to resell the asset on its own, only allowed on complete models.
• Costumers are not allowed to edit and then resell said asset on its own, only allowed on complete models.
• Do NOT credit any of our work as your work.
• Can be used outside of VRChat if the files are not accessible.
• Costumers may use this asset on a commission as long as both the commissioner and the commissionie have purchased the asset.
• Proper information is required at checkout (VRChat Name and Discord#XXXX) for your licenses to be valid.
• Customers must credit us if using our asset on a for sale model. Catbatlab and the link to our shop.
• Customers are not allowed to use my assets to create anything malicious.
• TOS applies to all current and future content.
• TOS is subject to change and will still apply to all assets regardless of when they were purchased.
• Costumers are only allowed to use a max of 3 assets of ours on one model at a time.
• DUE TO THE DIGITAL NATURE OF PRODUCTS ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS.

For Commissions:

You will be sent a separate commission document agreement outlining the terms of our services.
