general terms of service
By downloading or using my mods, you agree to comply with these terms.
— No Commercial Use: My mods are for personal use only. You are not permitted to generate any form of profit from my mods, either directly or indirectly.
—No Tracing or Duplication: You are strictly prohibited from tracing, copying, or replicating any of my mods in part or in whole.
— No Unauthorized Edits or Distributions: Edited versions of my mods may not be published, distributed, or shared without my explicit permission. If the mod is not part of my official modpack, it is not considered official. Any unofficial public sharing (including within private groups or communities) constitutes a breach of these terms.
— No Unauthorized Sharing: Do not share my mods with individuals who have not purchased or acquired them directly from me.
— No Third-Party Modifications Without Permission: Commissioning someone else to modify my mods is not allowed without first obtaining my consent. This applies to all forms of alterations, including adjustments, enhancements, and customizations.
— No Unauthorized Commissions: You may not accept commissions involving my mods without my approval. The customer must request permission from me directly before proceeding with any modifications.
— Respectful Use: My mods, particularly body textures, must not be used in any context that could be harmful, offensive, or upsetting to others or yourself. Please exercise discretion and respect.
— Private Commissions Allowed: You are welcome to commission me directly to make personalized edits to my mods for your private use.
— Submission of Customizations: You may submit edited versions of my mods (such as upscales) to me privately so I can add it to the modpack (with proper credit or (small) remuneration if long work) , as long as they do not violate the terms of service of other creators (e.g., body replacements that do not accept vaulted content).
—Personal Customization Encouraged: Personal and private customizations for your own use are fully allowed and encouraged, provided they remain private and are not publicly shared.
