Brewing Method:

1.Prepare the materials: Longjing tea leaves, clean glass tea utensils, warm water (80°C-85°C), tea cup or tea bowl, tea infuser (optional).

2.Preheat the tea utensils: Rinse the tea cup or tea bowl with hot water to preheat them, then discard the hot water.

3.Measure the tea leaves: Depending on personal preference and the size of the tea utensil, take an appropriate amount of Longjing tea leaves. Generally, 3-5 grams of tea leaves per person is recommended.

4.Water temperature: Heat the water to a temperature of 80°C-85°C to preserve the aroma and flavor of the tea leaves.

5.Brewing steps:

a. First steep: Pour a small amount of hot water into the tea utensil, then immediately add the Longjing tea leaves. Let it steep for about 10-20 seconds, then pour out the tea liquid. This step is called "rinsing" the tea leaves.

b. Second steep: Pour in the warm water to fully steep the tea leaves. Steep for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, adjusting the time according to personal taste.

c. Subsequent steeps: For the following steeps, gradually increase the steeping time by about 10-15 seconds each time until the tea leaves gradually lose their aroma and flavor.

6.Pour and taste the tea: Pour the brewed Longjing tea into a tea cup or tea bowl, appreciate the unfurling of the tea leaves in the water, and savor its refreshing taste and chestnut aroma.
