How long is a session?
The Intuitive Consultation is 30 minutes. All other healing sessions are 1 hour.
Are the sessions online?
Usually, no—we are not on Zoom. I will connect with you directly, energetically, during the scheduled time.
For the Consultation, you can request a Zoom call if you prefer. Otherwise, I will email you with what I find.
How do I prepare for a healing session?
Create a quiet, sacred space where you will not be disturbed. You may wish to light a candle, play soft music, or set an intention for your healing.
Have a blanket nearby. It’s important to sit or lie down during the session. Please do not drive at this time, as you may feel very relaxed or sleepy.
What should I do after a session?
The Consultation is a simpler process—you may wish to journal about any insights.
For healing sessions, it’s best to rest afterwards, spend time in nature, and allow your body to integrate the energy. A warm epsom salts bath or foot soak is very grounding and can support gentle detox. Journaling in the days that follow is a beautiful way to notice what is shifting. Some changes are immediate, others are subtle and unfold over weeks or months.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on what you’re moving through. Think of these as stepping stones on a lake. Perhaps you just need to find clarity, relaxation and direction on an issue. Or you want to go deeper. Chronic themes or trauma often unfold in layers; some people continue with monthly or seasonal tune-ups after the first month or three months. Trust your intuition—one step at a time is perfect. (Energy healing complements medical care and isn’t a substitute for it.)
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens, and I understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance so I can offer the space to someone else. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full. Thank you for honouring both our time and the healing container we create together.
Can I book healing for someone else?
Yes—with their permission. Healing always works best when the person is open and receptive to it. Unless a person is in hospital or not aware. If booking for a child, animal or end of life, I will ask for a parent/family or guardian’s consent.
