INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
We partner with ePacket and DHL, a third-party service acting as your seller-on-record, so that you may purchase our product in your local language and currency and ship it to over 120 destinations worldwide.
Simply select your country from our website header to browse and pay for products in your local currency. If your order is subject to your country's local import taxes, we can take this payment up front to guarantee no hold ups at customs or duties and taxes to pay when your goods arrive.
ePacket's and DHL's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy are clearly presented at checkout. All purchases will appear on your payment method as being charged by **DHL CHWD**.

*Please note, whilst the majority of deliveries to ROW destinations are fulfilled in the time mentioned, in certain circumstances deliveries to countries further afield (such as Australia, Russia, China and the UAE) may experience a short delay. All deliveries to these countries should be fulfilled within no more than 3 days delay.
CONTACTLESS DELIVERY
If you would like contactless delivery or for your order to be left in a designated safe place, you can update your delivery preferences in the DHL dispatch email that will follow your CHWD order confirmation email.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. When ordering from the CHWD site your item will arrive wrapped in one of our signature boxes. These boxes are amply sized and your items are well protected.
