Thank you for showing interest in my work! I only ask one thing and that is to completely read my TOS before purchasing any of my products.

Coquette (producer) reserves all rights to refuse service, revoke rights and/or access to all products if user (consumer) breaks any term(s) or rules. By purchasing Coquette product(s), you automatically agree to terms of use.

• Breaking any TOS could result in product access being revoked, access to social media platforms being denied, blacklists/bans etc.

~ If you're banned/blacklisted, you are expected to completely remove all product off of your device/accounts that it may be saved on. You may not make alternate accounts to gain access to product/platforms. Friends may not gift you any products.

• All information requested at checkout must be input correctly, or the rights to the product will be invalid.

~ Spamming letters or providing inaccurate contact information will result in revocation of product.

~ All products are for ONE PERSON, ONE ACCOUNT ONLY, your license key is for you and you only. If you need to upload an avatar to multiple accounts, make a ticket in the discord server. You'll be asked for proof of purchase, and proof of account ownership.

• As my products are digital goods/services, I offer absolutely NO REFUNDS. If you really need to receive your money back after purchasing something, you can make a ticket in the Discord. You will not be guaranteed a refund though!!!

TOS applies to all Coquette products. As stated above, breaking TOS will result in revocation of your access.

AVATARS:

• You are not allowed to leak, asset mine, rip, file share, price split, publicly upload or resell any of my avatars. This results in an automatic blacklist and ban. If you evade your blacklist/ban you'll be caught. I always know :)

• You are allowed to edit any avatar. This may include adding accessories, clothing items, fun particle systems/pet followers etc.

• You may not reuse my body/head sculpts from my avatars. Even if you own the bases, you cannot use my edits for personal or commercial use.
• 
  
• You are NOT allowed to reuse my body base or head edit. Therefore, you may not take all assets off of an avatar and add your own. You can only add assets, not remove them. If you do this it is considered reuse of my base which is against my TOS and the base creators' TOS.

• You are not permitted to take any texture edits off of my avatars and use them on other avatars. You may only use ORIGINAL, UNEDITED textures if you OWN THE PRODUCT!

TEXTURES:

• You may use all textures on public/free/nitro/for sale avatars with crediting back to this Payhip shop
• You may edit textures to your liking
• You may not claim any textures as your own, even if edited
• You may not resell edited textures.
