Because most Cospronos products are digital and may be delivered immediately, purchases are generally final once the files have been downloaded or access has been granted.

A refund may be considered when you were charged more than once, received the wrong product, or a verified technical problem prevents access and our support team cannot resolve it. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase and provide the product name, order email address, transaction details and a clear explanation of the problem.

Refunds are not normally provided for change of mind, failure to review the product description, or incompatibility that was clearly disclosed before purchase. When a refund is approved, access to the product may be withdrawn and the refund will be returned through the original payment method.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
