❥ Your VRChat account must be at least a “New User” to upload an avatar onto your account. You can check this by logging into your VRChat account on the VRChat website. It will say your rank in the bottom right corner of your profile. 

❥ Uploads cost an extra $5 for the PC and Quest version. If you've purchased more than one in the same session it will cost an additional $2 per avatar. You can add the fee onto your initial purchase. You’ll need to join my discord and verify with the bot and read the rules before you start up an upload ticket. 

❥ Old avatars may be taken off my site and placed in my public world with very few to no toggles in the future. If you're not comfortable with an avatar becoming public in the future, don't purchase my avatars. 

❥ If VRChat update's break my avatars in the future I may or may not fix them.

❥ Some of my avatars may use Gonso’s Licensing System in an effort to prevent leaking: This only allows the avatar to be uploaded to ONE VRChat account. If you’re uncomfortable with that please do not purchase my avatars. 

✖ You cannot take any assets off this avatar if I've purchased it, even for personal use. You must go to the original source and buy it yourself.

✖  Don't leak this package to any website, server or share with your friends. If you see someone using a public version of my avatar please report the avatar as NSFW.

✖  Don't upload as a public avatar, it is a private license only.

✔ You may use my avatar for streaming/tiktok/instagram/youtube etc make sure to credit me so people can find my avatars.

✖ You cannot give any of my assets/textures out for free or use them for commercial, public, or nitro/free avatars.

I may have specific rules on each Asset depending on what it is, please refer to the specific page if it's allowed on public, free, paid, personal, or nitro avatars.
