this link has after effects 2020 for windows and mac, and some of their settings. credits to whoever put this together. (not sure of their @)

omino is for all your glitchy needs! it is the first link on there website, and easy to download. all you need to do is unzip the folder and place it in the 'plugin' folder in after effects.
fl glow!
fl glow is really good for...well...glows. it is free and easy to download. all you need to do is unzip the folder and place it in the 'plugin' folder in after effects.
deep glow
this one is similar to fl glow but more popular. it looks really cool on colourings and text!
sapphire!
this plugin is a must have! with this you can create shakes, panning, gradients, and more!

crt emulator!
this is an extension not a plugin! crt emulator is really cool to use for edits if you want that glitchy style. once downloaded, when after effects is open go to the window tab, then extensions and it should be there!
