Terms of Service

Feel free...

  • to edit any of my work for personal use.
  • use my stuff to add/combine it with other things to your own liking.
  • publish edits of any public mods of mine, as long as you credit me for the source.


Do not...

  • use my work for paid commissions.
  • redistribute my Mods in any kind of way.
  • port my Models to different games/3D Places.
  • share the Mod in public places.


All sales are final. By purchasing you automatically agree to my Terms of Service. Due to receiving Digital Products, you're not eligible for any refunds. Chargebacks will result in permanent ban.

If there is anything displeasing you, please feel free to reach out to me and I'll do my best to assist, as your happiness with my stuff, matters to me and I try to improve where I can.

Art comm tos

  1. Commissions are for solely for personal use. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but is not allowed for commercials. For commercial rights, contact me personally.
  2. I own all rights to my own work, do not use it for engines. I also am allowed to post my art on Social Media and include it in my Portfolio.
  3. Commissioned Fanart shall be used for myself as commercial interest.
  4. Listed Prices are the Base Price, it may vary depending on the complexity.
  5. I have a right to decline any commission if I think I am not up to the task or cannot fulfill your time expectation.
  6. Rushing a commission will cost additional fees. Please be patient for me to finish and try not to rush me to finish your commission.
  7. Please provide enough and visibly good references for me, so I can properly depict your Character. Missing references will cost additionally, since I'll have to work it from Scratch.


Payment


  1. Payment is final and non refundable and must be paid (at min. 50%) before I start working on your commission.
  2. If for any reason you need to cancel your order, you can do so before I start working on your commission.
  3. If I personally for any reason have to cancel your commission I'll refund you accordingly to my progress on your artwork.


Process


  1. I'll start up with a sketch, that I will send to you. You have your chance to suggest any changes that you want me to make as long as it's in the Sketching Phase. Only after you approve of the sketch, I'll work on completing the commission. After the sketch has been approved, refunds can't be requested anymore.
  2. After finishing your commission, I'll send you a watermarked sample and you may have a chance to review once more to let me change minor details, before I finish completely.
  3. Once I finalized the entire image, I'll either e-mail you or contact you via Discord to send you a ZIP with all files (Full Res. PNG and Watermarked Pictures for Social Media). No physical product will be delivered.


By commissioning me, you fully understand and accept my terms of service.
