Characters like Sakamoto, Shin, Osaragi, Mafuyu, Nagumo, and Seba appear in this series. While some figures are common and easier to find, others are rare or secret editions, adding an exciting challenge for collectors who want to complete the full set.
Blind box culture has grown rapidly around the world, with collectors constantly searching for new and limited editions. Platforms such as https://popmartboxes.blogspot.com/ discuss trends and insights surrounding collectible figures and blind box communities.
What Makes the Blind Box Format So Exciting?
Each box contains one random figure from the collection. There are typically six regular designs along with hidden secret editions that are much harder to obtain. Because of this, collectors often purchase multiple boxes to increase their chances of finding rare variants.
The surprise factor is a big part of the appeal. Opening a blind box creates anticipation, excitement, and sometimes even suspense — especially when hoping to find a rare character.
Why Collectors Love Sakamoto Days Labubu
There are several reasons this series has become so popular:
- The Surprise Element – The mystery inside every box makes collecting fun and addictive.
- Unique Character Designs – The fusion of anime characters with Labubu’s cute aesthetic creates something fresh and visually appealing.
- Limited Editions – Rare and secret figures make the hunt more rewarding.
- Display and Style – These figures can be attached to bags, used as keychains, or displayed on shelves to add personality to your space.
The combination of anime culture and designer toy artistry makes this series stand out in the crowded collectible market.
Tips for New Collectors
If you’re just starting out, begin with a few boxes to experience the thrill firsthand. Many collectors trade duplicates with others in the community to complete their sets more efficiently. Patience is key when hunting for rare editions.
You may also consider purchasing a full sealed case if you’re serious about collecting, as this can sometimes increase your chances of obtaining a secret figure.
Are They Valuable?
Rare Labubu figures from this collaboration can increase in value over time, especially limited or secret editions. As demand grows and certain versions become harder to find, collectors may be willing to pay premium prices.
Whether you’re collecting for fun, display, or potential resale value, Sakamoto Days Labubu offers a unique mix of excitement, design, and collectibility that continues to attract fans worldwide.
