[You agreed to these terms when you purchased!]

The TOS is subject to change at any time; the updated TOS must be followed regardless of purchase date or method of obtaining any of my products (gifted or purchased for yourself).

AVATARS:

1. NOTHING is allowed to be public, not quest, personals, edits, etc., nothing that I worked on is allowed to be public!!
2. No Price Splitting!!
3. Absolutely no sharing of the packages with others! Each Purchase is for ONE individual. If you want to match/wear the same model as someone else, you both need to buy the model!!
4. NO uploading for others, I offer FREE uploads for a reason!
5. You can stream it as long as my model is credited somewhere visible!
6. Gifting is allowed, just make sure to use the gift option and use their email and Discord username!

8. Do NOT redistribute anything to anyone or anywhere
9. must credit me(deadkittyvr)/don't claim my work as your own
10. NONE of my edits are allowed to be used if you like my style feel free to reach out for a edit commission!!
11. You can NOT take/reuse ANY parts/assets/textures/materials/bone settings/etc. from my avatars. Not even for personal use. Get the assets from the original source! I credit every asset!!
12. If you break my TOS I have the rights to revoke your download credits! There will be zero refunds
13. Absolutely NO Refunds/Chargebacks/Disputes/etc. allowed, I only sell/provide digital products, they CANNOT be refunded.
14. You cannot make or sell/profit from my creations may it 2d/3d/etc!
15. You cannot sell/re-sell my work, edited or not, in ANY way.
16. My models CAN be used in other VR games/platforms similar to VRchat (such as CVR/NeosVR/Helios), as long as it is PERSONAL use only and NO ONE else will have access to the files ever. (All TOS is valid for those platforms as well.)
17. I am NOT responsible for any updates that break the avatars, OR any edits you have done that break the avatars in any way, it is up to the customer to update/fix their issues regarding that.
18. I am NOT responsible/liable for the kind of edits/kind of actions people do to/with my avatars. I do NOT support any kind of hateful/malicious/illegal/etc. or any kind of damaging imagery/actions.
19. By purchasing any of my work you automatically agree to giving me the rights of sharing information about you to other trusted parties/creators, specifically only your email, discord user/vrchat user, if you break my TOS in any way!

ASSETS:

1. ALL paid assets are not allowed to be used on any type free model [this includes nitro/server free]
2. You are allowed to use my assets on public models!
3. Do NOT claim anything as your own work always redirect back to me
4. Nothing is refundable!
5. Gifting is allowed just make sure to use the gift option and use their email and discord username!
6. Do NOT redistribute anything to anyone or anywhere
7. must ALWAYS publicly credit me(deadkittyvr) with a link back to my shop.
8. You're allowed to put my assets on a for-sale model! You must credit me publicly!! Refer to #7
9. if asset is being used for a commission, only the person doing the commission is required the buy the asset! If the commissionee did not also buy the asset for themselves, they are not allowed to take the asset off the model and use it in anyway! This includes using it on a different version of their edit/personal/etc.
10. You CAN edit the assets freely! Edit textures, edit meshes, etc, as long as i am still credited properly!
11. The assets CANNOT be taken from another creator's model, you MUST buy it off my shop first before you use it!

By purchasing any of my products you agree to the following terms above, if said terms are broken, you are a subject to be taken action against according to the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act).
