Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions below apply to all coaching and products provided by Elisa Lindstrom d/b/a Dear Loves Just Breathe™, For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “the Coach” refers to Elisa Lindstrom d/b/a Dear Loves Just Breathe™. The client refers to the purchaser under this agreement.
Purchasing this product represents acceptance of the terms and conditions listed below.
Services Provided Under This Agreement:
Access to the Declutter Your World™ online program
- The client will have access to the Declutter Your World™ online program for a period of 180 days from the date of purchase.
Access to 1:1 Coaching
The client will have access to a 1 1/2-hour coaching call with Elisa Lindstrom. This can be used as a full hour and a half or two 45-minute sessions. This hour and a half will be available to the client after the first 15 days. An email will go out to the client to schedule this call.
Declutter Your World- Mastering Your Space and Your Life” Facebook Page
- The purchaser will be given access to said Facebook page. Access will be limited to the period covered by the 180-day access period to the Declutter Your World online program unless separately arranged and contracted with the Coach.
- Any information posted in the Facebook group will be managed in accordance with Facebook’s privacy policy (over which we have no control). If you do give out personal information, that information can be collected and used by third parties. Although we strive to protect our users’ privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of information you post to the group. You disclose such information at your own risk.
No other services or products are provided in this agreement or are governed by these terms and conditions.
Refund Policy:
Elisa Lindstrom d/b/a Dear Loves Just Breathe™ has a 14-day money back guarantee. Requests for refunds must be made in writing within the defined refund period to Elisa@DearLovesJustBreathe.com or at the mailing address listed on the Dear Loves Just Breathe™ website.
You can be removed from the group and will not entitled to a refund if you're removed from this group for breaching the rules, our community guidelines, default payments, breaching copyright, posting things that are defamatory, racist, discriminatory, offensive, pornographic, threatening, abusive, liable to incite hatred or a breach of privacy.
Community Guidelines:
By joining Dear Loves Just Breathe™ under this agreement the client accepts these community guidelines:
1. Be kind and supportive
This is a safe, inclusive space to talk about decluttering our homes, our spaces and our lives. Decluttering can bring up many emotions. When people share, be respectful and kind.
Do not post or otherwise share outside links that could encourage divisive or offensive debate. Consider using a trigger warning before sharing sensitive topics. We might not all agree on politics. But if you can't be kind and supportive, please don't comment on people's posts.
2. Do Not use this Forum for self-promotion or solicitation
Self-promotional behavior includes but is not limited to posting links to your own businesses, websites or social media pages, photos of your products, books, or courses in which you have a vested interest, offering products or services in posts and or sharing client testimonials. Using this form to set up spin-off groups, or unsolicited Direct Messaging of other members is expressly prohibited.
3. Private Arrangements
If you acquire goods or services from other members, that relationship is your responsibility. Elisa Lindstrom and Dear Loves Just Breathe™ make no warrantee regarding goods or services from other members and the client agrees to release the Coach and Dear Loves Just Breathe™ from responsibility in relation to such arrangements.
Guarantee of Specific Results:
The Coach does not guarantee that their products or services will provide any specific results for the Client. Results are based on the effort of the Client.
Testimonials from former clients of the Coach are examples of real success, but do not guarantee that the Client will also be successful as a result of the coaching provided. The Coach reserves the right to share any testimonials or other feedback provided by the Client about the Coach and the products or coaching services provided and to use such testimonials for commercial purposes.
